Afia - DECAF Live from Mexico
Our Decaf coffee is sourced from the wild jungles of Monte Alban, Mexico.
The beans come from a shade-grown environment, cultivated without the use of chemical fertilisers and pesticides. They are then processed using the wash method before being sent for decaffeination at a Mountain Water plant in Mexico. We have deliberately selected the Mountain Water process as this uses no harsh chemicals that strip away the delicate flavours of these arabica beans.
These beans are a big step up from your typical decaf, and makes a delicious coffee that packs the same flavour punch as a regular brew, without the caffeine. We enjoy ours in the afternoon/evening.
