The shade-grown magic begins with careful and considered cultivation at origin. We take extra care to ensure all our coffee's come from a biodiverse environment, where soil is protected and enhanced by natural cultivation methods.

Being closely involved at all stages of the speciality coffee supply chain - from farm to cup - is integral to the way we work, and enables us to consistently source, roast and deliver coffees that align with our partners' taste preferences and quality expectations.

Our coffee is roasted on a Giesen drum roaster. Through testing and iteration, we design our roast profiles so that they best express each coffee’s natural characteristics and the talent that goes into its production. We follow a meticulous set of protocols to ensure that every batch is as delicious as the last.

We offer house espressos and a rotating range of single origin coffees. We can also design bespoke blends for outlets that wish to offer their customers a unique coffee experience.
